Architectural Review

The Architectural Review Committee is comprised of three members that review all submitted forms for compliance with Canebrake's Covenants. Architecture committees are often seen as a road block, but we pride ourselves on being a useful resource for those trying to update their homes. For all home updates including fences, siding replacements, roof replacements, and general exterior updates, please fill out the ARC Review Request Form and email it to [email protected] or send it by mail to: 302 Saratoga Dr, Greer, SC 29650 ATTN: ARCHITECTURE COMMITTEE.
Please be advised that if sending by mail, the mailbox is not checked daily. The architecture committee has 30 days to respond to each request and reserves the right to inquire about further details.
